Overall it is a comfortable hotel and we greatly enjoyed the stay, the location was magnificent in front of christmas Market in Karlsplatz. The venue's staff are exceptional. The room is neat and essentials you need, including a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe, is right there. Private bathroom is large. We strongly recommend this accommodation, thank you for a very nice stay.

We loved the place and warm and delicious breakfast in it.
We stayed here for christmas in the double room with large windows and a high ceiling. Our hotel was in an incredible and wonderful location, close to a train station. The place was very close to Munich downtown.

Great choice for christmas. Clean, ideal hotel, good value. Well-appointed rooms with modern facilities and a kettle, for instance, outstandingly accommodating staff that stayed from the old management.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location, being so close to the subway station and a shopping mall. It was super convenient for exploring the city and finding nice restaurants and shops in the old town.
One of the downsides was the lack of a kettle or tea and coffee facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have a hot drink without having to pay extra for room service.

Everything was modern - central location and superb service. The staff was amiable, outstandingly accommodating with every request. We were moved to a double room with a comfy bed. Had good hot breakfasts for international tastes.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we loved the unique check-in experience. We were delighted when the staff decorated our room for a special occasion, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the convenience of the kiosk on the fourth floor. we highly recommend this hotel!
